At Limitless Management Group, Assistant Managers are as essential to us as Branch Managers. Assistant Managers are expected to fulfill a host of responsibilities and duties, such as overseeing the implementation of all organizational policies and procedures. The position also involves assisting the Account Management team.
An ideal Assistant Manager will be instrumental in the recruitment, training, and development of new employees. You will participate in weekly sales and wage targets. The Assistant Manager will have to ensure that all the staff is equipped with information about client service rules and deals with complaints so that issues are resolved without escalation or loss of business.
